You will be provided with a personalized shopping report that details step by step each aspect of the in-person visit and analyzes the entire presentation from the consumer perspective - the only one that really counts!

FULL SALES EFFORT EVALUATION

This is an 8-10 page evaluation of a selling interaction with your sales representative on site. A 3 page checklist accompanies the detailed narrative of the visit. The report also includes a summary section which highlights the positive and negative aspects of the presentation. Volume discounts are available with orders of 15 or more shops. |

MINI SALES EFFORT EVALUATION

This is a 3-4-page evaluation report of a selling encounter with your sales representative of approximately thirty minutes to one hour. It also includes our 3-page checklist. Volume discounts are available to clients with 10 or more shops.
**The checklist portion of our report provides a quick overview of the visit, while the narrative portion details the "consumer's" experience and analyzes the selling effort. |

SHORT QUESTION EVALUATION

This is a 3-5 QUESTION evaluation report. The client may pick 3-5 areas of interest or concern to be evaluated by the shopper. Each question is addressed in a paragraph format following the in-person visit. Volume discounts are available to clients with 15 or more shops. |

PHONE EVALUATION

Often builders fail to consider the customers who never make it out to the site, due to a negative or neutral previsit phone experience. We evaluate and report on telephone skills of your sales associates in a 2-3 page narrative accounting of the call, plus a 1 page check list with a ranking score. |
