While we feel that no one would ever need to shop anywhere else, in keeping with our philosophy of transparency we have made it easy and seamless to return purchased items or cancel your membership.  Please read below to answer any questions you may have. 

Return Policy:

At TheShoppingCompany.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of scheduled receipt of merchandise.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased . Refunds on returned items will be issued only to the credit card on file of the member account, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. 

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, The Shopping Company reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.

How to return or exchange an item:

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • To request an RMA number online, click here.  Please make sure to include the transaction number, product number for verification and reason for return.
  • To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at 941-404-2591.

  1. Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  2. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  3. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
  4. Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  5. Send pre-authorized returns only to address of vendor on RMA label not to The Shopping Company, LLC.


  1. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  2. Items with timers must show less than 100 minutes of use. Items with shutter counters must show less than 100 exposures.
  3. The Shopping Company is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  4. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days.
  5. The Shopping Company is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return/Exchange On:
  1. TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger once opened
  2. Computers, Software and Hardware once opened
  3. Underwater equipment that has been submerged
  4. Educational tapes and books once unwrapped

Cancellation Policy for The Shopping Company Products:

We hope to give you the best shopping experience possible but we understand if you no longer wish to be a member of The Shopping Company.  Our philosophy is always that we want to make all aspects of the The Shopping Company website as easy as possible, canceling should be the same.

Simply click on the cancel membership button in your account profile or email us at customer.care@theshoppingcompany.com  Please place your account number in the subject line.  Your membership will continue though the time of the original signup membership then expire.
